Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream (Dairy Free)
Do you crave a cold treat, but don't have an ice cream machine? Try this delicious recipe in your food processor. The finished product is a smooth velvety desert that is the same consistency of soft serve ice cream.

Peanut Butter Faux Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 riped bananas, chopped and frozen
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in your food processor
2. Pulse mixture four times, banana will look crumble
3. Scrape down side of container
4. Turn processor on and continue blending ingredients for about 20 seconds, suddenly the mixture smooths out and becomes the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
5. Scoop mixture into an airtight container and store in freezer if you'd like it a bit harder, if not eat right away.
