Apple Cinnamon Buns

Apple Cinnamon Buns
Dough Ingredients:
1 cup + 2 tbsps milk 3 tbsps water 1 egg, beaten 1⁄4 cup butter, melted 3 1⁄2 cups all-purpose white flour 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 pkg quick-rise yeast
Filling Ingredients:
3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar 4 tsp cinnamon 3 tbsp margarine 1 1/2 cups apple, peeled and diced
Directions:
1. Add yeast first to the bucket of your bread machine. 2. Add flour, sugar and salt next on top of yeast. 3. In seperate bowl mix together melted butter, milk, water and beaten egg. 4. Pour wet ingredients onto dry ingredients in bread machine bucket 5. Select the "dough" setting on your machine and press start. 6. When dough is done, turn onto a lightly floured surface. 7. Sprinkle lightly with flour, flip and begin rolling out dough. 8. Roll out into rectangular shape to approx 1/4-inch thick. 9. Using your hand or spatula smear margarine evenly over rolled out dough. 10. In seperate bowl, whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over buttered dough. 11. Sprinkle diced apple evenly over dough. 12. Tightly roll up dough in a log. 13. Using a sharpe knife cut log into 1-inch thick pieces. 14. Place sliced pieces "pinwheel" side up in a greased 9x13-inch pan. 15. Cover with a dampened tea towel and leave in a warm place for approx 45 minutes, until double in size. 16. Bake in a 350° oven for about 35 minutes, until light brown on top.
