Brioche Bread (Machine)

What did we do before Pinterest? This is a "found" recipe.

By far this Brioche Bread is the most amazing bread I have ever made/tasted. It is light, fluffy and rich all at the same time, with a crust that reminds me of flaky pastry.

From my kitchen to yours:

Brioche Bread (Machine)

Ingredients:

3 large eggs

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/3 cup warm milk (heated in microwave for 45 sec)

3 tbsps hot water

3/4 tsp salt

3 cups all purpose flour

2 tbsps sugar

1pkt Quick Rise Yeast

Directions:

  1. Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.

  2. Select sweet cycle, light crust, and 1 1/2 lb. loaf

  3. Remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
